Kidney stones usually affect people between the ages of 20 and 40. Approximately 10 percent of people will have one in their lifetime, and once a person has had one kidney stone, he or she has a 70 to 80 percent chance of developing another. 3. A recent study has shown that people who live a sedentary (inactive) lifestyle are also more prone to kidney stones. Exercise is one simple way to keep your organs working more effectively and flushing more efficiently. Therefore, you should immediately begin your workout program that you have been postponing for a while. Try at least 4 times per week and start slow.
