Why is Breathing so Critical?

Breathing is a very crucial part of life. If you don’t breathe properly, then you are hurting yourself. Although you might not be able to see it, if you control your breath, you end up controlling how fast or slow your heart beats. The deeper and slower you breathe, you are going to feel incredibly relaxed and well rested. However, if you try to do this exercise for too long, then you might not be able to keep up. Instead, you should just do the exercise in small, quick steps. First of all, breathe in very deeply for about four seconds. Next, keep it in your lungs for seven seconds. Afterwards, breathe out as much as you can for eight seconds. This ensures that you get a nice, clean dosage of good air. Repeat this for about two or three times in one try. To obtain the best possible results, you should do this exercise at least one time a day for a couple of weeks until you get used to consistency.
